What's Coming Up???
In February we will be doing our Heart Obstacle Course Unit. Students will learn about the pathways of blood, and how oxygen is delivered to our body. We will also be talking about how making healthy choices allows us to remain heart healthy. Our main topics will include 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise per day, proper diet and nutrition, and avoiding things that negatively affect our health. Remember, to keep our hearts healthy we need to find other ways to be active outside of Physical Education and Wellness Club.
